But, the house is bought, so the town can't change. And, Shutesbury has a Select Board - no mayor. But the idea of getting a T1 is actually pretty unattractive to me right now. You should get the T1 and form a small business around it. Another option -- organize the whole town to find a collective solution, even if you have to run for mayor to do it.
