		<description>Thanks, Michelle--I appreciate the kind words, and it's an honor to be in such good company.

I also appreciate the suggestion to bring my interest in technology to bear on my writing on management and related topics. Ironically, I'm actually involved in a number of tech initiatives through my Leadership Coaching work at Stanford. Who knew?

I'm enjoying finding ways to integrate tech and personal/organizational development, and I'll look to do more of that in my writing. Thanks again--I hope all's well with you.

		<description>&lt;strong&gt;March Blogtipping&lt;/strong&gt;

As promised, I'm taking up Kivi's blogtipping challenge. The brainchild of Easton Ellsworth at Business BlogWire, blogtipping is a first of the month tip of the hat to three blogs you want to give exposure to. You name three things

		<description>Dear Michelle,

Thanks for the Blogtipping! Acting on your suggestion, I've changed my settings so that readers can post comments without registering. Comments will be moderated, but at least you won't have to sign in (or go through one of those lame character-recognition tests) to post something.

Sorry about the wonky RSS feed; I haven't figured out how to fix it yet.

Warm regards from Deborah
