You definitely have a great sense of humor!  

I think that the whole LOL* lpidgin phenomenon is based on a very specific sort of fun.  You either have to find gamer/hacker/leet speak very amusing in itself, or be fascinated by the linguistic implications.  If you don't fall into either of these categories, but you enjoy the photos of fluffy kittens, more power to you.
